SMALL TO LARGE: AN EVENING WITH KENGO KUMA

SMALL TO LARGE: AN EVENING WITH KENGO KUMA

MGA is proud to be participating in a special event with Japan’s leading architect, Kengo Kuma, hosted by Westbank and UBC SALA in Vancouver on April 12.  The evening will feature two presentations and a series of dialogues focused on the topic, “small to large.”

The lecture event is part of a series conceived by Westbank to “provide Vancouverites, architects, planners, city builders and artists an opportunity to discover more about projects happening in their city and elsewhere in the world, to spark a conversation on how to innovate and shape the future of our city.”

The conversation will be moderated by Michael Green, joined by a panel of Vancouver’s architects and academics:

  • Michael Green – Principal, Michael Green Architecture
  • Bing Thom – Principal, Bing Thom Architects
  • James Cheng – Principal, James KM Cheng Architects
  • George Wagner – Associate Professor, Architecture SALA, UBC
