In May 2021 MGA | Michael Green Architecture and LTA | Lubor Trubka Associate Architects formed an alliance, with the aim of creating valuable, sustainable architecture that is a benefit to First Nation communities, the local environment, and the wider context of Canada.
WHY
The decision to unite was based on our shared ambition and commitment to sustainable design, engineering innovation, energy efficiency, and community consultation. Our goal is to contribute to our local communities through high quality architecture that supports the health and well-being of people, and connects them both to each other and to their environment.
HOW
Combining our knowledge and expertise in our fields has expanded our scope and capability to design and produce buildings and spaces that support the needs of the people, and respond to the local context.
NOW
The proven knowledge, excellent reputation, and strengths of each practice have created a dynamic MGA team with extensive experience in the delivery of First Nation, Cultural, Institutional, and Community Master Planning projects. Lubor Trubka is a key member of the MGA team who continues to lead projects from concept to completion.
FUTURE
Our ambitions and working practices remain the same as they have over the past year. Lubor Trubka will continue working alongside Principals Michael Green and Natalie Telewiak, leading a range of Indigenous projects here in Canada. Our teams and clients will continue to benefit from the combined years of experience and knowledge of the MGA and LTA teams, and this generational transition will continue into the future.
