Our ambition is to create meaningful spaces for people that contribute to a better future for our planet.

MGA

Based in Vancouver, Canada, MGA was founded in 2012 by Michael Green, who saw the impact that the construction industry was having on the environment, and the opportunity to create real change through innovation and advocacy.

Natalie Telewiak became a Principal at MGA in 2018, and now alongside Michael, leads our team of talented and experienced architects, designers, and support staff, all bound by a shared drive to learn from our communities, collaborate with our peers, and contribute to a better built environment.

Our buildings strive for sustainability and connection through thoughtful design and ambitious innovation. In pursuit of this goal, over the last decade we have led the mass timber movement from its conception and completed some of the most significant timber buildings and large-scale sustainable developments ever built.

Now, working with a multitude of new sustainability technologies, we create projects that range from cultural installations and private homes to residential masterplans and university campuses. What each of these projects has in common is the evidence of our ambition to create meaningful spaces for people that contribute to a better future for our planet.

Awards

We are honoured to have been recognized with over forty international awards for design excellence, which give us the opportunity to share our projects, expand our community, and celebrate our team.
