Vancouver-based home builder Mosaic commissioned our team to help bring the master plan for Moody Yards to life, with connection to nature at the heart of the project.

This project creates a new neighbourhood in Port Moody, with 160 one and two bedroom homes, in addition to rental homes and 14 commercial units for cafes, shops, and services along with over 36,000 sq ft of outdoor space, programmed with harvest tables, a play area, an outdoor fitness zone and a shared veggie garden. This project set records for sales and was fully sold within 3 weeks of launch.
